Who do you work with?
Psychological skills are valuable at every level. We work with a wide range of people, including individual athletes, teams, and coaches. However, many clients are recreational athletes, exercisers, students, or individuals who want to develop mental skills in everyday life.
What are workshops like?
Team workshops are interactive, engaging, and tailored to the group. They focus on topics such as communication, team cohesion, and resilience, helping teams to develop a shared mindset and practical tools that they can apply in unison.
How do sessions work?
One-to-one sessions are supportive, practical, and collaborative. We’ll explore your experiences, goals, and challenges, before working together to develop psychological skills and strategies you can apply in sport, exercise, and life. Sessions usually last 45-60 minutes, either in person or online.
How many sessions do I need?
This varies from person to person. Some clients benefit from short-term support around specific challenges, while others prefer ongoing work to develop and refine mental skills over a longer period. Remember, we’ll discuss what feels right for you.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. All sessions are conducted in a confidential, professional manner, following ethical guidelines. Creating a safe, trusting environment is a core part of the work.
